When I started writing different recipes I had published them on to a blog website, but after hearing from many people telling me that I should publish a book of my recipes I decided to take them off the blog and started writing out the text to create this book.

​

I wrote this book over the course of two months then had it published and it became an instant creation of my blood and sweat, of all the different twists I had created. I never expected it to be an amazing hit, but yet those who saw the many creations in the book were excited to try these new dishes.

After completing my first creation I knew that there were many recipes I didn't include in the first book so I started on a sequel to include the rest of them. I hoped that those who purchased the first book would be willing to try some more exciting recipes in this book.

This book was a large step and one that took a lot of research and development, as I started a new job shortly before my first book was released, and everyone didn't know much about my creations so I decided to experment by developing a book based solely asking my friends either that I worked with or those from my personal life on Facebook or school to tell me a single ingredient that they loved in a dish. With all the different ideas I got I started to compile about five different recipes which became one giant cookbook filled with so many different dishes. This book also includes some information about certain food stuff as well a mini-biography about me.

I took a big dive into looking into seeing if I could create some delicious dishes that didn't have gluten, as there is many Americans today who are allergic to gluten while making sure not to sacrifice flavor.

 

There will be a second book dealing with gluten free that will come out eventually, but I don't have a timeline of when it will be completed, just keep posted either here on the webpage, Facebook or Twitter
