COMFORT FOOD: TWISTED

 

In 2007 when I moved to Idaho and began a new chapter in my life, I learned that I was in need of making a change to both my health, as well explore new foods and ideas. It began when I started working at a local health care facility, I knew that I would have to eat a healthy meal every day before going to work.

 

After experimenting with many different ideas I came to develop unique twists in creating different dishes; wither it was some form of egg dish to a really differently kind of tasting spaghetti. Creativity became my inspiration because when I learned to develop my own style of food and that was my idea for my book.
